Maluce was born in Toronto, Canada, to Iranian refugee parents, and moved with her family to the United States in 1996 in search of better opportunities. Growing up in an immigrant household shaped her perspective and instilled in her a deep commitment to helping others navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system.
Her legal career has spanned boutique practices and one of the world’s largest international immigration firms, serving clients in over 170 countries. She also served as an Assistant Supervisor at New York City’s Asylum Application Help Center, an initiative recognized with the American Bar Association’s Hodson Award for Public Service in its inaugural year.
Today, as co-founder and managing attorney at Sync Law, Maluce combines deep legal expertise with empathy and persistence, guiding individuals and families through even the most complex immigration challenges. Rooted in her family’s immigrant journey, she remains dedicated to empowering clients to find stability, opportunity, and belonging in the United States.
Amir is the co-founder and managing attorney of Sync Law, where he leads business development and oversees the firm’s immigration practice. His focus is helping extraordinary professionals, from performing artists to entrepreneurs, navigate the U.S. immigration system with confidence.
Amir earned his B.S. in Business Management from California State University, Northridge, before pursuing his J.D. at New York Law School. While in law school, he worked at a respected business immigration firm in Midtown Manhattan, where he gained hands-on experience with O, P, and L visas. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when U.S. borders were nearly closed, Amir maintained an exceptional success rate for visa approvals, helping clients achieve results against the odds.
After graduating and passing the California Bar, Amir joined a Los Angeles firm specializing in O-1 and EB-1 visas. These experiences shaped his approach: blending the personalized, client-focused care of a boutique practice with the expertise and results of larger firms.
Outside the office, Amir has always had a passion for music. A longtime DJ and music producer, he used proceeds from his creative work to help fund his path to becoming an attorney. That unique journey inspired his legal practice today: empowering artists and professionals worldwide to share their talent in the United States. Amir’s mission is to bridge cultures, elevate voices, and make sure his clients’ abilities are recognized on the global stage.
