Reuniting Families, Building Futures

Family Sponsorship: Reuniting Loved Ones

Family sponsorship is a cornerstone of U.S. immigration law, allowing U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to sponsor certain family members for immigration to the United States. The family-based immigration categories include:

  1. Immediate Relatives: For U.S. citizens seeking to bring their spouses, unmarried children under 21, and parents to the United States, we provide comprehensive guidance to facilitate their immigration process.
  2. Family Preference Categories: U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents can sponsor other family members, including unmarried adult children, married children, and siblings, through family preference categories. We'll help you navigate these categories and reunite your family members.
  3. Conditional Resident Spouses: If your marriage is less than two years old when your spouse is granted U.S. permanent resident status, they will receive conditional residence. We assist in the removal of conditions to establish permanent residency.

K-1 Fiancé(e) Visa: Love Knows No Borders

The K-1 visa, also known as the fiancé visa, allows U.S. citizens to bring their foreign fiancés to the United States for the purpose of getting married. Once married, your spouse can apply for lawful permanent residency. Our firm can help you navigate the K-1 visa process, ensuring a smooth transition for your future spouse.

Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing

Whether your loved one is already in the United States or residing abroad, we provide expertise in both adjustment of status and consular processing. We'll help you choose the most suitable path to secure permanent residency for your family member, depending on their current location and circumstances.

Waivers and Special Cases

In cases where certain immigration obstacles or inadmissibility issues may arise, our experienced attorneys can help you explore waivers and other solutions to overcome these challenges. We'll provide guidance and support tailored to your unique situation.
